Director of Tourism - David V. Farrell

This is the title bestowed on David Farrell, though he doesn't exactly fit the mold as a Tour Director.  At 23, he was the youngest ever in New York to earn the status of Certified General Appraiser.  Since then, he has become the owner of three RE/MAX Franchises on Long Island.  Now, he is a minority or equal partner in each of the three franchises, and continues to work in his other capacities.  Further, Mr. Farrell is a Licensed Auctioneer and has foreclosed more than 3,000 properties on behalf of banks over the years.  Finally, he is the owner of Montague-Cohen Legal Advertising, a company in business since the 1930s and specializing in publishing legal notices on behalf of attorneys and the courts.  Generally, Mr. Farrell's involvement in thousands of foreclosure proceedings has made him a perfect candidate to help our guests understand the entire foreclosure process and give guests a summary of the current marketplace.
