Daily LIFT Tickets A Long Island Foreclosure Tour (LIFT) Ticket Your Long Island Foreclosure Tour (LIFT) ticket entitles the customer to enjoy our five hour foreclosure tour in the location of their choice. Seating is limited and customers are generally served on a first reserved, first served basis. There is one exception. Purchasers of Seasonal or Annual LIFT Tickets are given first choice on each bus and seats are reserved for our Seasonal and Annual LIFT Ticket Owners. Purchasers of Seasonal LIFT Tickets are guaranteed a seat on the tour of their choice each week. In addition, a Seasonal Purchaser will be given one PREVIEW NIGHT. The Seasonal LIFT Ticket Holder will be given a personal tour by the broker on the evening prior to the main tour. Each house on the list will be viewed and all vendors will be made availble for discussion at that time. Should a Seasonal LIFT Ticket Holder deisre to purchase one of the houses planned to be included on the tour on the following day, another house will be immediately substituted. Thus, the Seasonal Pass guarantees its holder the first shot at these select properties.
